By placing an order with TSS Supply Inc., the Buyer is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of the Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales by TSS Supply Inc. to the Buyer. Any differing conditions or terms the Buyer may expect, accept, or operate by elsewhere shall not apply.  TSS Supply Inc. reserves the right to cancel any online sale.  We may request state-issued picture identification that must match the credit card used to purchase.  In addition, we may also request an accompanying Credit Card Authorization, or for payment to be made through Zelle or other forms of electronic funds transfer.  Our shipping policy is as follows.  Title to Products and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Buyer upon receipt by Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier from TSS Supply Inc.’s facility. Any delivery or shipment dates stated in Purchase Orders or given by TSS Supply Inc. are estimates only and TSS Supply Inc. is not liable for any shipping delays, loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery or shipment date, terms, or expectations thereof.  TSS Supply Inc. assumes no responsibility for items that may be damaged in transit or stolen after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for the theft of items left unattended after delivery has been made.  We are not responsible for theft by “Porch Pirates”.  All claims, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding shipping-related issues are between the Buyer and Shipping or freight provider.
