Shipping policy
- As many of our products are classified as Hazardous Materials and are heavy, we are only able to offer Ground Shipping within the Lower 48 Continental United States.
- Shipping Origin: All products ship directly from our Headquarters in Memphis, TN.
- Shipping Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding standard carrier holidays.
- Processing Time: Items currently in stock will ship within the next 2 business days after the order is placed.
- Customer Notification: If any part of your order is out of stock, our team will call and email you immediately.
- Order Options: We will provide an estimated date of shipment and discuss your preferred options, including partial shipments or holding the order until all items are available.
- Orders Under 75 lbs: Shipped via UPS Ground.
- Orders Over 75 lbs: Shipped via LTL Freight.
- 5-Gallon (or larger) Containers: Always shipped via LTL Freight regardless of total order weight to ensure safety during transit.
- Carrier Selection: For all LTL Freight shipments, we partner with Worldwide Express to evaluate dozens of top carriers and automatically select the most cost-effective option for your delivery.
- Commercial Addresses: Quoted under the assumption that the delivery location has standard dock or forklift access.
- Residential Addresses: Our system automatically flags residential deliveries and defaults to requiring lift gate service to safely offload your products.
- Free In-Store Pickup: Available for all orders at no additional charge.

Local Delivery Zones: Fees and order minimums are calculated by driving distance from our facility:
- Up to 30 miles: $100 minimum order | $50 delivery fee
- 31 to 50 miles: $200 minimum order | $100 delivery fee
- 51 to 75 miles: $300 minimum order | $150 delivery fee
- Pickup address is 5665 E. Raines Rd, Memphis, TN 38115
- Inspection Upon Arrival: For LTL Freight shipments, you or an authorized representative must inspect the shipment upon arrival. You must note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery.
By placing an order with TSS Supply Inc., the Buyer is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of the Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales by TSS Supply Inc. to the Buyer. Any differing conditions or terms the Buyer may expect, accept, or operate by elsewhere shall not apply. TSS Supply Inc. reserves the right to cancel any online sale. We may request state-issued picture identification that must match the credit card used to purchase. In addition, we may also request an accompanying Credit Card Authorization, or for payment to be made through Zelle or other forms of electronic funds transfer. Our shipping policy is as follows. Title to Products and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Buyer upon receipt by Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier from TSS Supply Inc.’s facility. Any delivery or shipment dates stated in Purchase Orders or given by TSS Supply Inc. are estimates only, and TSS Supply Inc. is not liable for any shipping delays, loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery or shipment date, terms, or expectations thereof. TSS Supply Inc. assumes no responsibility for items that may be damaged in transit or stolen after delivery has been made. We are not responsible for the theft of items left unattended after delivery has been made. We are not responsible for theft by “Porch Pirates”. All claims, questions, concerns, or complaints regarding shipping-related issues are between the Buyer and the shipping or freight provider.
