SASE® 5" Resin Bond Diamond Pads provide a complete concrete-polishing progression for smaller, lightweight machines and self-leveling compounds. Available in 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 grits, they move efficiently from removing scratches left by metal-bond tooling to achieving a high-gloss finish before guard or sealer application. Suitable for wet or dry use.
- 30-grit (Yellow): Aggressive initial surface preparation.
- 50 grit (Grey): Removes scratches left by prior metal-bond grinding steps.
- 100 grit (Black): Can serve as the first resin step in the polishing process.
- 200 grit (Blue): Removes the scratch pattern left by the 100-grit pad.
- 400 grit (Red): Typically the final polishing step before applying dye and densifier.
- 800 grit (White): Produces a high shine; often the final polishing step for retail-store floors.
